of Platform Use

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Using the kiss9188 platform means you accept this Agreement fully and without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

This Agreement is subject to change from time to time at kiss9188's discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after such notice is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on kiss9188. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address or phone number, is a serious violation of this Agreement.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. kiss9188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the MyKad or other supporting documents for compliance and account verification purposes. Refusal to submit the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3 User Eligibility

Use of the kiss9188 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any legal restriction from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme from gambling.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The kiss9188 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour from the date the request is received by us.

Users may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account may result in account suspension and further investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

kiss9188 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific conditions set out in the relevant promotion terms. The following are general provisions governing all bonuses:

• The first 100% welcome bonus is awarded up to RM1,500 on the first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 and a balance of RM200 — the required wagering amount is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only credited to accounts that have completed identity verification requirements.
• Users who suspect an error in bonus crediting should contact customer support within 7 days.
• kiss9188 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means that do not comply with the promotion terms.

The kiss9188 VIP Programme offers four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with weekly cashback benefits of up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2% respectively. Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on the user's gaming and wagering activity over time.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the kiss9188 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before final confirmation.

The platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Dragon Tiger and others. Each game category has specific rules that apply and can be referenced in the relevant game help section.

kiss9188 reserves the right to void and refund any bets placed on markets or events that experience a technical error, irregularity or unusual circumstances affecting the integrity of the outcome.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the kiss9188 customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the closure request is received and confirmed, subject to compliance with all outstanding wagering requirements.

kiss9188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the User provided false information during registration.
• Evidence of the use of unauthorised methods or software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Detection of multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Violation of any clause in this Agreement.
• A request from a competent authority.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

kiss9188 respects User privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information shared with us. The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By using the kiss9188 platform, you agree that your personal information may be used for identity verification, transaction processing, service communications, and compliance with international licensing obligations.

9 Limitation of Platform Liability

The kiss9188 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or technical faults at all times.

kiss9188 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including failure of a User's internet connection, third-party network disruptions or force majeure events. In such cases, all affected bets will be reviewed and settled at the discretion of kiss9188 management.

10 Amendments and Enforcement of Terms

kiss9188 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the effective date.

This Agreement is governed by the laws and international licensing regulations applicable to the operation of the platform. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform and its services shall first be referred to kiss9188 customer support channels before being brought to any other dispute resolution forum.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
